The Association Technical Conference on the Toro Bravo, driven by students from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Murcia, will begin tomorrow, day 10, at 17:15 pm with a roundtable to be held at the Teaching Farm Universitaria, Espinardo campus.
Intervene in the debate professors Juan Seva, Michael Motes and Pedro Sanchez, along with Diego Martín Rodrigo, head of the association, who spoke on the quality of meat from fighting bulls.
The Conference will continue on December 11 with a lecture by a professor at the University of Extremadura Julio J.
Tovar offered on "The bull and the meadow" at 9:00 pm.
The meeting will conclude with a visit to a livestock so that participants can learn to live the life of the bull in the field.
