Sports seven circuits designed to enjoy Murcia city while walking or running (03/12/2010)

The Mayor presented the itineraries that have been marked by the City Council in order to invite Murcia to stay in shape or playing sports "at zero cost."

The routes are spread over different parts of the city and have different lengths from as short as 450 meters to 3,500 meters.

Walk to run is a healthy practice and also highly recommended in times of crisis.

With these two premises in the spotlight, the City Council, through the Department of Sports, has designed the "advantage in Murcia."

It is about urban routes by gardens or streets that may continue to be people who want to walk or jog along the street, knowing the distance you will travel the shortest -450 meters and 3,500 meters the longest-and the main characteristics of the chosen route (presence of trees, soil type, playgrounds, benches, fountains, etc.)..

The proposed routes are:

- Juan Carlos I.

Orange Route.
