The Unit of Scientific Culture and Innovation of the University of Murcia (UCC + i of the UMU) offers a new informative activity in which the taste for science will be transferred to real life through stories and enigmatic experiences.
This initiative, under the name of Logically, starts next March 28 at 5:00 pm and is carried out in collaboration with Mistery Motel Murcia, an escape room company from the center of the city of Murcia for which many have already passed. users since its opening.
The UCC + i of the UMU is faced with this innovative form of leisure, which already has many followers around the world and that has its origin in 2006 when a group of computer scientists from Silicon Valley made the first computer game in the one that had to solve a case in a limited time, a new challenge, in which citizens will be proposed an escape game in a real room, which will have to come through successfully after solving different tests whose keys are only answered in The science.
According to sources from the UCC + i of the UMU, the sessions, which will last 45 minutes, will be held throughout this year.
Each day of celebration may participate three different groups.
"It is a physical and mental adventure in which a group of players, moderated by various UMU researchers, must escape from a room by solving different riddles and puzzles through different tracks", explains the coordinator of this initiative, José Manuel López Nicolás.
Among other topics, there will be stories like the one set in the future, in the year 2218, when science and empirical knowledge have disappeared.

In addition to the pseudosciences, stories related to archeology, forensic sciences, etc. will be addressed.
