"A book full of feelings," the painter Pedro Cano defined last night the book "Pedro Cano, travel notebook", which was presented in the auditorium of the convalescent building, headquarters of the Rector's Office in an act that was chaired by the Rector José Orihuela.
In the words of Alfonso Burgos, director of the documentary referred to in this publication, "The book culminates a series of encounters that the artist had with students of Fine Arts through biographical brushstrokes that modulate the journey through his work", some meetings in those that appear traces of sociology, culture, history, anecdotes and above all, "art, sensitivity and passion for creation".
The documentary, inserted in the publication itself, has received 11 international awards at various film festivals, as well as three other individual awards and several nominations and official selections.
The book has contributions from Rector Orihuela, María del Carmen Sánchez-Rojas, director of the Pedro Cano Foundation, María González Sánchez, Alfredo Cuervo Pando, Carmen Castillo Moriano, Antonio Nicolás Sánchez and Alfonso Burgos
