The company awarded the sports center JC1 assures in a letter sent to 'Murcia.com' that the entire process has been carried out in accordance with the law.

Specifically, it recalls that Concesiones Administrativas del Mediterráneo SL presented on October 2, 2017, an offer to acquire the administrative concession of the JC1 sports center, located on Avenida Juan Carlos I, owned by the insolvent company Infraestructuras Terrestres SA, (Intersa), «Within the bankruptcy procedure 447/2011 that is processed before the Commercial Court No. 1 of Murcia».

In the presentation of said offer -which turned out to be the only one, although any individual or legal entity could have attended- "all the requirements demanded in the liquidation plan and in the applicable regulations were complied with and all the indications given by the Insolvency Administration of Intersa and by the Court of the Mercantile nº1 of Murcia ».

In addition, this offer "was approved by the privileged creditors": Banco Mare Nostrum, Banco Popular, Caja de Ahorros del Mediterráneo, Caixa e Aforros de Vigo Ourense e Pontevedra, Caixanova, Caixa Diestalvis de Catalunya, Banco Sabadell, Caja de Ahorros y Monte of Piedad de Madrid, Banco de Valencia, Banco Santander, BBVA.

For this reason, Concesiones Administrativas del Mediterráneo SL was awarded the contract by the Bankruptcy Administration of the JC1 Sports Center, as established in the liquidation plan.

In the winning bid, Concesiones Administrativas del Mediterráneo SL "has been subrogated in all the subrogables work contracts attached to the JC1 sports center, thus ensuring the continuity of each and every one of the jobs that are being performed in said center" , according to the same statement.
