The mayor of Citizens Paqui Perez will defend a motion in the plenary next Thursday (March 22) urging the local government to set in motion the basis for the awarding of a prize or award that recognizes those companies that are betting, in practice , for professional, family and personal conciliation.

"An acknowledgment", Perez explained, "is not an isolated initiative, but should be framed within an action plan aimed at a real conciliation in which they are involved, not only public administrations, but companies and the workers of our municipality. "

The mayor of the training has insisted on the importance of raising awareness in society and promoting co-responsibility for the granting of this type of recognition.

"This award should be given to companies that believe that the reconciliation is not a cost, but an opportunity to improve efficiency and productivity and to retain talent, loyalty and making life easier for women workers," he said.
