The deputy of the PP in the Regional Assembly, Juan Guillamón, has affirmed after listening to the testimony of the counselor of the Presidency and Development, Pedro Rivera, before the Commission of Follow-up of the High Speed ​​that is executing the genuine and authentic work that the neighbors have claimed for years.
The real situation is that what is being requested in the protocol signed in 2006 is being done. He added that everything committed by the Minister of Public Works, Ãñigo de la Serna, is being fulfilled in terms of the execution of the Burying in its different phases.
Guillamón has said that there is political will, budgets and facts that support the arrival of the AVE to the Region in the coming months and the burying of the roads as historically claimed by the neighbors.
He also referred to the commitment that before the summer will be drafted the projects that remain underground to be able to be tendered throughout this year.
Guillamón, believes that the words have given way to the facts, and reality shows that currently are fulfilling the commitments made for the arrival of high speed, from the PP we expressly acknowledge any failures that may have been committed but that the situation of real execution of the works disappear before the agreement in 2006.
The autonomous parliamentarian of the PP has said that the works have been raised with a reduction of phases and deadlines, have responded to the demands of the inhabitants of the area to provide maximum security guarantees and committed 606 million euros as collateral for the burial of which 250 meters have already been built.
Juan Guillamón has referred to the coincidence expressed in the Commission by the representatives of the four political groups in that the connection of the Region with the High Speed ​​is part of a mechanism that will structure the territory that is the Mediterranean Corridor.
