Last Saturday, the 6th meeting of Groups 4/40 was held, where a route through Cieza was made to enjoy the flowering of fruit trees in the area.
Under the slogan 'Walking for Health' a total of 154 participants left from the Víctor Villegas Auditorium and Glorieta de España by bus to Cieza where they made an 8-kilometer itinerary for approximately two and a half hours.
In addition, the groups were accompanied by a specialized guide who explained to the participants data on flowering and landscapes.
The objective of this activity is to strengthen community networks through coexistence between groups, taking as a focus the physical activity and knowledge of healthy environments in the region.
The 4/40 Program is a set of activities by adult groups, organized by the Municipal Health Service, to encourage physical activity.
