Murcia has since this weekend with two new graffiti.

The Municipal Graffiti Office, dependent on Ferrovial Services, has made murals in Monteagudo, on the occasion of the 'Frontera de reinos' event, and at the beach volleyball facilities of the José Barnés sports center for the III Sport Festival.

Thus, in the Cuesta San Cayetano intersection with Martínez Costa de Monteagudo has already completed the creation of a mural of 9 meters high and 6 meters wide themed with the district and its history, collecting elements that are very familiar to residents and neighbors of the area, as well as its visitors, and which has been made by the artist Goyo 203.

At the José Barnés sports center, seven artists are working on the decoration of the walls making a themed mural with health and sports motifs using a total of 120 spray cans.

In addition, and thanks to Ferrovial Services, throughout the weekend of the Sport Festival, two environmental monitors have attended the informative and interactive caravan of the Road Cleaning and Waste Management Service dependent on the Department headed by Rebeca Perez making part of the recycling and caring for the environment to all those who have approached it.

The attendees have been able to enjoy different games, among which the Roulette of Waste stands out, and they have been able to carry out a survey about waste and correct behavior on urban hygiene in public space.

Other activities that have taken place during these two days have been the gymkhana of Road Cleaning and Recycling, where children and their parents have been able to enjoy different games applying their knowledge of recycling and street cleaning to sport.

Other team games have also been carried out, such as Los Bolos del Reciclaje and EcoRugby, in which attendees, based on group sports, have learned the importance of caring for the environment.

The objective has been to support the good practice of sport, to favor a more sustainable environment and to have a positive impact on the environment, while at the same time highlighting the urban hygiene guidelines in the city.
