The councilman of Traffic and Public Safety, Lola Sanchez, has participated today in the day of coexistence of the Local Police, held in the Infantry Barracks, on the occasion of the Skipper.
Among the organized activities highlights those aimed at families and related to recycling and care for the environment, which have been organized thanks to the collaboration between the Department of Infrastructure, which directs Rebeca Pérez, along with the concessionaire Ferrovial Servicios.
Thus, workshops have been held for children, raising awareness about the importance of the reuse and recycling of the different materials that are used daily. So they have been able to interact with each other and with the waste material, to use it and turn it into something else , giving it a new life.
At the same time, children have been able to develop motor skills and imagination, as well as perform activities with their families.
These workshops allow participants to have fun while learning to reduce, reuse and recycle waste.
They have also distributed backpacks of the Campaign #NSM as well as brochures with information about the correct deposit of the waste at the time of separating them in the different containers.
