The Symphony Orchestra of the Region of Murcia (OSRM), with the support of the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Environment, will offer on Sunday, March 18 (12:00 hours), at the Teatro Circo de Murcia, a unique performance and singular, the show 'OSRM 360 °.
Music inside ', which stands out for having a format never before programmed in the Region by a symphony orchestra.
Under the direction of Virginia Martínez, more than 90 musicians from the OSRM will perform, located in a circle on the dance floor of the theater, one of the most important works of twentieth-century music, 'La consecration de la Primavera', by Igor Stravinsky.
The general director of the Institute of Cultural Industries and Arts, Marta López-Briones, explained that "it will not be a concert to use, but there will be a narrative to go desgrando the passages of the work with facts and curiosities, and also , the seats for the audience will be interspersed with those of the musicians, so that attendees can live a unique experience, immersed in the orchestra itself ".
The actor and screenwriter Fran Bermejo will be in charge of leading the public through the details of the work, giving an account of its musical and historical significance and making him a participant in everything that surrounds it, from the details of its conception, in 1913, to the Ballets Rusos de Sergei Diáguilev, up to the novel characteristics for the time that the composer introduced in the work.
