However, the Ministry of Education does not allow it to attend the center because that would involve hiring an Educational Technical Assistant, something that refuses to do until at least there are more than three students with this type of needs.
"But this never happens because they are always referred to other schools", explained Nicolás, for whom this system is not guaranteeing access to a public, universal and free education.
So far, the solution offered by the Ministry to the situation of the girl is to enroll in a school in Beniaján or El Infante, but the mother does not have a vehicle, so I could not take her there.
Send a taxi "out of the budget", so the only option offered is to pay the interurban bus ticket, and that the mother is paid the four journeys daily.
