Cs will demand in the Plenary the update of the inventory of municipal real estate in neighborhoods and districts (03/03/2018)

The spokesman for Citizens, Mario Gomez, will request in the Plenary this month an update of the inventory of municipal property in neighborhoods and districts that detail its state of conservation and if it is in use or closed.

"In the event that any of the buildings are in use must provide the data of the person and / or group that enjoy it, as well as the signed agreement or the transfer document made indicating the characteristics thereof," explained Gomez .

The orange spokesman has branded as "harmful and expensive" for Murcia the neglect with which the popular government continues to act when managing municipal buildings, "some of them used without control and converted for a long time in kingdoms taifas, where the peñaneos of the PP in turn did and unmade at will, without giving explanations, despite being of public ownership ".

An example of this neglect - Gómez has reported - is what is happening in the old town hall of Patiño, a two-story abandoned municipal building that is being used as a breeding pigeon.

"It is shameful to see how the building of the old town hall is lost and deteriorates at forced marches while being used as a pigeon breeding farm without any control by the City Council," he lamented.

Immediate eviction and rehabilitation

Therefore, Citizens will request the local government, after turning a deaf ear to the initiative approved in the Plenum of the Municipal Board of Patiño, which proceeds to the immediate eviction of the property and its early rehabilitation for making available to groups and associations neighborhood, covering the demands of the district, such as a 24-hour study room, free training rooms, business incubator ... among other needs.

"The irresponsible and irregular use that the PP made and makes of municipal facilities is being disproportionate," said Gómez, who, in this regard, recalled that "since we began the mandate we have achieved the elimination of direct awards of canteens, which regulates the use, before fraudulent, of sports facilities;

and that action be taken to put an end to irregular hiring and illegal trafficking of workers that has occurred in the City of Murcia for years. "
