This event, which takes place this Saturday, will have performances, exhibitions, an exhibition of old photographs and will end with the tasting of a paella

Antonio Navarro, Councilor for Urban Planning, Environment, Water and Garden, remembers that this Saturday will take place in the Rambla de Torreagüera, the day 'Estampa Huertana: Traditions and Customs', which is part of the III edition of the Week of the Huerta .

This event has been organized by the Municipal Board of Torreagüera, together with the Municipal Board of Llano de Brujas.

This day, which will participate the peñas huertanas 'El Limonar' and 'El Ciazo', will begin with the opening at 10:30 am by the Queen of the Huerta, Paula Gómez, and the president of the Federation of Peñas Huertanas, Juan Pablo Hernández.

This first act will also have the performance of a peña huertana.

After this, there will be a tour of the different booths where there will be exhibitions of popular games, samples of crafts and crafts, workshops of medicinal plants, natural cosmetics and ceramics.

During this tour, you can enjoy the handicraft demonstration by the participants in the esparto workshops of the cultural centers of Llano de Brujas and Los Dolores.

Also visitors can attend the exhibition of popular games of the garden.

Both acts will start at 11 o'clock.

This day will be entertained by the gang 'Los Amigos' who will perform at 11:30 am.

And from 11:45 you can visit both the Huertano environment and the exhibition of old photographs of the garden.

The performances in this huertana day will continue from 12 in the morning with the popular work of theater 'A family of much order', written by Pilar de Lacaridad López Gálvez.

After this representation, the performances of several peñas huertanas will continue.

In this event will proceed to the delivery of prizes of the literary contest and painting 'Water, source of life of the garden' at 13 hours and, from 14 hours, the result of the work of esparto carried out by the workshops of the cultural centers.

Finally, the day 'Estampa Huertana' culminate with the tasting of a popular paella offered by the Municipal Board of Torreagüera that has had a maximum involvement in the organization of this event huertano.
