The Performing Arts modality of the CreaMurcia Contest already has a winner.
After the meeting last Friday the jury decided that Willy Productions, with his work 'Mi vida revolves around 500 meters' became the most outstanding project of the presented on the stages in the edition of 2017. A first prize that, in addition of the recognition, amounts to 1,500 euros.
My life revolves around 500 meters, written by Inmaculada Alvear, is a poetic drama that introduces the viewer into the environment of a family that coexists daily with gender violence.
During the course of the work, the tragic evolution of Antonio, Chiqui and their daughter, María, is approaching.
For this, and as denunciation of the lack of social criticism that in many cases exists, the viewer blindly enters the room and only perceives the development of the work through smell and hearing.
This allows exploring different ways of expressing the text;
playing with the distances, the sound environment.
In second place was the company Las Monstruas and its production 'Limpios no, limpitos', while Matute Xen, and 'Mysterium' won the third prize.
So they have received 800 and 550 euros each of the companies.
The jury formed in the presidency by the Councilor for Youth and Cooperation, Rebeca Pérez, counted on technicians to Isabel Lavella, Juan Pablo Soler, Eva Maria Torres and Alfredo Zamora.
The secretary on this occasion has been Juan Albaladejo.
In addition, the performance of 'Mi vida revolves around 500 meters' could be enjoyed at the Circus Theater on Tuesday 19, while Las Monstruas shared their work 'Limpios no, limpitos' on Thursday 21 and Friday as a colophon 'Mysterium' scored by José Fernando Jaén.
