José Luis Mendoza emphasized that this title gives access to the doctorate, thus obtaining extensive training in the field of military law and, in turn, opens the possibility of access to a research career.

Also announced the granting of scholarships for the numbers one of the new promotions of officers of the Army of Tierra, Armada, Air Force, Civil Guard and Military Legal Body, as well as for one of the members of the Legal Counsel of the Joint Command of NATO operations in Belgium.

The event was attended by prominent military and academic representatives of the University, including the director of the master's degree, Juan Carlos De La Cerra.
