At the meeting held this morning by the contracting table, the proposal presented by Clece-Salzillo Integrated Services has been the best technically and economically valued, in addition to understanding that its organizational proposal will translate into better service provision for the 1,700 Users and for the workforce.

From now on, the company will have a period of 10 working days to deliver to the City Hall the documentation, which will be reviewed and verified at a next meeting of the contracting table, which will result in a proposal for award to the Governing Board .

If everything goes smoothly, this approval will take place before the end of April.

With this new contract, which has a budget of 14.2 million euros and a term of two and a half years, the City wants to continue to guarantee a quality service for users of home help and adequate working conditions for workers That lend it.

The new company will comply with conditions that include numerous novelties regarding the current contract, incorporated with the intention of improving the service to the beneficiaries.

Among the new features are social clauses, more personal, technological means and quality audits, the creation of a call center to handle calls from users and a demanding sanctioning regime.
