12 panels will explain the problem of this problem affecting 800 million people worldwide
The Councilor for Youth and Development Cooperation, Rebeca Pérez, presented this morning the exhibition organized by Manos Unidas called 'Food waste' together with the president of the platform Teresa Romero.
This show aims to raise awareness about the problem of food waste and how to solve it, as well as sensitize all those who visit it to show that a change of mentality is necessary.
It also aims to reflect the problem of chronic malnutrition suffered by 800 million people around the world.
With a set of 12 panels reflecting this issue in a pedagogical way, this exhibition aims to visit many educational centers in the municipality of Murcia so that the smallest ones reflect on how we can avoid wasting food.
Councilor Rebeca Pérez stated that "this exhibition, which you can visit at the entrance of the Moneo building before it begins its tour of schools, is a simple and effective way to raise awareness about this problem that affects us all and that should concern us .
