More surveillance for pets and their owners

Several Murcia from different points of the municipality wanted to convey to the Government team the need to increase social awareness to keep streets and gardens clean, as well as civic citizenship.

"We have two new and very good pipicanes, but people do not seem to know how to use them or they do not finish raising awareness and dog droppings are a problem.

I want to propose to Pepe Guillén the figure of a civilian guard in these environments to increase vigilance, "said Celia Mateo, a neighbor of Llano de Brujas.

In the same line pronounced Fulgencio Nicolás, of San Antón: "There are many dogs that their masters leave loose and do not collect their excrement".

Culture and dance

A group of residents of Aljucer that has formed a platform representing several associations of the hamlet, held meetings with councilors of Culture, Youth, Garden and Finance to present their project.

"We want to set up a library and cultural center in Aljucer because there is no infrastructure of this type," explained Francisco José Lorente, Ginés Marín and Javier Caravaca.

On the other hand, Juan José García Parra, from the Association Trovera 'José María Marín', that gathers troveros of the whole Region, went to the Almudí "to speak of the thunder" with the councilman Jesus Pacheco.

"We want support to create a festival of thunder in Murcia, a tradition of centuries that we want to revitalize," he said.

Georgina Cayuela, director of the Estudio de Danza Camargo, in the neighborhood of Infante, met with councilman Antonio Navarro.

"A 2005 law prohibits the opening of dance academies in buildings.

Gyms and music academies can, but not dance.

We want to be in order and do things well, so I want to talk to the councilor to expose our claim for the world of dance in Murcia. "
