One third of the administrative procedures can be processed online (04/04/2017)

José Guillén points out that the electronic administration platform of the City Council allows "to improve the efficiency and efficiency of management and municipal services and, at the same time, provide individuals and companies with a close, quality and adjusted service to their clients. The Councilor for Modernization of Administration, Urban Quality and Participation, José Guillén presented this morning, at the II Conference on Neighborhood Participation, held at the Almudí Palace, the electronic administration platform of the City Council.

This site, which is accessed at www.murcia.es, has been in operation since last October, although in recent months a great effort has been made to bring in most of the procedures of the City Council.

This initiative seeks, according to Guillén, "to improve the efficiency and efficiency of management and municipal services, to provide individuals and companies in the municipality with a close, quality and adjusted service to their real needs and implement, Centralized way, the processing of the different administrative procedures ".

The basic objectives of the Platform are to comply with the eGovernment legislation and to improve the efficiency and efficiency of municipal management and services

Other key objectives are to provide citizens (individuals and companies) of the municipality with a close, multichannel, quality service and adjusted to their real needs and centralized implementation of the administrative procedures.

Thus, the Electronic Office offers a total of 180 catalog procedures, where the Murcia can download 105 online forms and process 60 processes in a telematic way.

The procedures of the Electronic Headquarters are grouped in twelve functional areas: General information and register;

Social Services and Health;

Urbanism, Housing and Environment;

Taxes, Fees and Fines;

Traffic and Transport;

Activities Public Road, Parks and Gardens;

Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports;

Education, Training and Employment;

Citizen Participation and Decentralization;

Consumption and Trade;

Security and Emergency;

Finance, Contracting and Heritage.
