The "Sociosanitary Days of Older People", to be held tomorrow and on April 5 on the campus of Lorca, will start the activities of the Poncemar Chair of Gerontology.
The morning session, which will take place in the auditorium of the Faculty of Sociosanitary Sciences, will focus on home care and nutrition in the elderly.
The seminars, free, are aimed at students of Professional Training branch health and the campus of Lorca in their degrees of Nursing, Nutrition and Human Dietetics, as well as anyone interested in the care and protection of older people.
The activity is part of the ongoing training program of the University of Murcia, whose vice-rector of Transfer, Entrepreneurship and Employment, Francisca Tomás, will inaugurate the conference.
