The good economic situation of the City Council allows receiving offers from banks for an amount four times higher than the amount requested (26/03/2017)

The good financial situation presented by the City Council has again been palpable with the response received from credit institutions for the conclusion of a treasury policy for 30 million euros, whose file has been approved by the Governing Board.

This amount is intended to ensure the liquidity of the budget to meet timely payments, and would only be used if necessary, a situation that has not occurred in recent years.

Although the intention of the Department of Finance and Procurement, directed by Eduardo Martínez-Oliva, was to arrange 30 M â‚¬, the ten banks contacted have offered a total of 112 M â‚¬.
