Celebrates its II Edition and intends to surpass the 1,000 runners of the first 'CrazyRace' |
The City of Murcia collaborates with the 2nd edition of CrazyRace, the only obstacle course in Spain on the urban circuit, which will be held on 28 May and will depart at 10.00 hours in the Plaza Red Cross of Murcia.
The Councilor for Sports and Health, Felipe Coello, presented this morning the race along with Pedro Luis Sandoval, one of the leaders of the company organizing the event, Gula Sport.
The race that will pass through the most emblematic places of the city, will have different obstacles until completing it.
In it you can find the longest toboggan of Spain or with the human wall of Murcia Cobras, the American Football team of Murcia, among others.
Once finished, attendees will be able to enjoy the animation that will be installed in the Plaza de la Cruz Roja, called the Fun Park Zone, where you can taste a giant paella along with the rest of the corridors.
Participants will be able to compete in three categories: senior, from 18 to 35, veteran, from the age of 35, and teams or clubs where they will score the four best times.
The organization of the Crazy Race has issued 1,500 places to register this year.
It will be about 7 kilometers and the itinerary will pass through the Segura River until arriving at Fica.
The opening price is 25,60 euros for the first 400 runners, to spend the second term of payment of the race that is 28,60 euros and special discounts can be applied for students of the University of Murcia (-5, 50 €) and groups and companies with 5 or more participants (-10%).
Also in this edition CrazyRace will collaborate with the Association of Sick Families of Alzheimer's of Murcia (AFAMUR), a gesture of solidarity that already repeated in the previous race with the Association of Acquired Brain Damage (DACEMUR).
