The Citizen spokesman in the City of Murcia, Mario Gomez, has demanded in writing to José Ballesta to report if there are illegal cession of workers in fourteen outsourced contracts that the City maintains today.

The Labor Inspectorate has given us reason to impose a sanction on the City Council for the illegal assignment of workers in the Statistics service;

And this fact, Gomez said, obliges the PP Government to take corrective measures and, as a matter of urgency, to put an end to this type of irregularities that could be occurring in other awards.

Fourteen contracts in doubt

Specifically, since the Orange formation have claimed the mayor of Murcia to justify if they conform to the law and there is in no case, illegal assignment of workers in the following contracts:

· Supplementary services to support the application of taxes and other municipal revenues of the City of Murcia.

· Operative and technological exploitation of the integrated system of emergency management of the 092 of the City of Murcia.

· Prior appointment service in the social work units of the social service centers of the municipality of Murcia.

· Information service in the visitor center of San Antonio El Pobre.

· Organization, development and execution of the activity "Reading Clubs" within the framework of the program of cultural and leisure activities of the municipal library network.

· Collaboration service of registration and attention to the citizen in the central offices of the City of Murcia.

· Advising and monitoring service of the European voluntary service and other formative actions of European mobility.

· Service of information management and tourist promotion in the information point of the neighborhood of El Carmen.

· Management service for guided tours, information and activities in the visitor center of La Muralla.

· Service of management of guided visits, information and activities in the visitor center of La Luz.

· Service coordination, programming, operation and organization of the juvenile resource center La Nave de Puente Tocinos.

· Management of the Eurodesk service and maintenance and technical and informational advice in the Young Informa center.

· Service of management and dynamization of classrooms of free access and telecenters.

· Service of maintenance and technical assistance of computer application that uses as support the local police of Murcia.

To conclude, Citizens have informed that it will request the urgent convocation of an extraordinary plenary to discuss, analyze and discuss, in monographic form, all the contracts that are under the target of a possible illegal assignment of workers.

"In that plenary we will approve the commissioning of a Commission of Inquiry on this subject to clear political responsibilities", they are finished.
