Agents of the National Police have arrested a 19-year-old boy as alleged responsible for a crime of sexual abuse against a 22-year-old foreign girl at Avda Infante Juan Manuel de Murcia.
The investigation began following the complaint of a citizen of US origin who said that she had been approached three times by a Spanish young man at midnight when she was returning home.
That this guy approached him in a surprising way, behind his back, and made several touches on both buttocks and breasts, eventually grabbing one of them.
He also said that the assailant was riding a bicycle from the Muybici company and that he deposed his attitude once the young woman prepares to call by phone to report what happened.
The first police investigations led investigators to inquire about the 2450 candidates, users on the day of the facts, of the Public Transport Service with bicycles.
Subsequently and once a filtering was carried out, with the characteristics provided by the complainant, a photographic dossier was established with 230 possible authors that was shown to the victim obtaining positive recognition.
After identification, proceeded to immediate location and arrest.

The police operation was carried out by the UFAM (Family Unit and Care for Women) of the Provincial Police Brigade of the Higher Chief of the Region of Murcia.
