The Parks and Gardens Service, which is part of the Department of Modernization of Administration, Urban Quality and Participation, has changed the physiognomy of the islets that are located in front of the Almudí Palace.
These works, which have been done in less than two weeks with a team of six people, seek to beautify this entrance of the city in the face of Holy Week and Spring Festivals
In particular the old curbs have been removed, opening a ditch in the asphalt, and placed new ones and of greater height around the existing parterres.
This way also eliminates the floods that were produced previously to be so low getting a better accommodation of the plant while being more protected and showy.
The Councilor for Modernization, Urban Quality and Participation, José Guillén, explains that with these new curbs the cyclamen persicum has been given a suitable space to highlight its beauty and above all to grow without any problem in its surroundings.
