The Department of Modernization of Administration, Urban Quality and Participation, directed by José Guillén, will begin in the next few weeks the works that will allow the creation of a trail that next spring will connect the garden of Salitre and the orchard-garden López Ferrer thus improving Accessibility and pedestrian traffic between the two areas.
The works consist in the creation of a layout suitable for the current pedestrian crossings made by paving with a pavement that facilitates the transition between the two gardens.
In addition, in the flower beds obtained after the creation of the road, which will be properly illuminated, plant soil will be spread and localized irrigation emitters will be installed.
The route will plant different species such as abelias, ferns, violets, lilies, ruselias, lilies, lilies, clivias, lavenders or daisies, among others.
Finally, seat benches and seats will be installed, and geriatric gymnastics equipment will be placed later.
The Department of Modernization of Administration, Urban Quality and Participation will invest in these works, which will be made by the company JPM Works, Services and Environment within three months, 39,534 euros.
