The Councilor for Modernization of Urban Quality and Participation, José Guillén, offered today in the Board of Spokesmen a balance of the budgetary execution of the 65 Municipal Boards during this past year 2016.
"We have had the most important budget execution in history, since there is municipal decentralization.
We are in a budget execution close to 94% in the set of the 65 Municipal Boards ", explained Guillén.
The Municipal Boards have requested the drafting and execution of 55 projects and each and every one of them have been executed or are currently in process, "which implies an effectiveness in the execution of 100% projects," said the municipal official.
Guillén emphasized "the excellent work done by the Municipal Boards that, as organs of citizen participation, work to the direct service of the neighbors of each neighborhood and hamlet and who, in a collaborative way, have decided on what to spend that budget, Has added about 12 million euros. "
He also highlighted the work of municipal services that have worked under the coordination of the Decentralization Service, to achieve a degree of execution that the Councilor for Modernization described as "historic."
