Murcia exposes the need to promote electric mobility and photovoltaic installations for self-consumption before the Spanish Association of Energy Agencies (30/11/2016)

Antonio Navarro Corchón, Councilor for Urbanism, Environment and Huerta, participated this morning in the meeting of the board of directors of the Spanish Association of Energy Agencies (Eneragen), where he has exposed the need to promote electric mobility and facilities Photovoltaic of self consumption.

In addition, during the meeting held in Madrid, a common strategy has been designed to disseminate the development of renewable energies in different areas, with particular emphasis on supporting initiatives that favor the creation of photovoltaic facilities for self-consumption.

In addition, a calendar of actions has been established for the association during the year 2017 in which it will try to broaden the impact and scope of the actions promoted by Eneragen at local and national level, and the Eneragen 2017 awards and the II national meeting of Energy Agencies.

The Local Energy Agency of Murcia (ALEM), Navarro Corchón recalled, "already presented to the association its Local Electric Vehicle strategy also receiving various contributions from other members of Eneragen, which have served to enrich it and favor the climate of Collaboration and the sharing of knowledge and experiences that define the actions within this association.

"This meeting is an opportunity to strengthen ties with other Energy Agencies at the Autonomous, provincial and local level where we create synergies in different areas where the City of Murcia has the firm will to continue working and contributing," concluded Navarro Corchón.
