The City Council invites you to enjoy nature Murcia with a varied and innovative programming environmental activities (28/09/2016)

The City of Murcia, through the Department of Planning, Environment and Huerta, who heads Antonio Navarro Corchón, has designed a varied program of innovative activities to enjoy nature and the environment murcianos atmosphere from October to December this year .

With this initiative, training, awareness and environmental awareness of the entire population of the municipality who may participate in a wide range of activities with different themes is enhanced.

The proposal consists of 2 Seminars and workshops Nature, 8 itineraries and guided environmental routes, and five activities of municipal environmental volunteer program to be developed in different natural areas of the municipality.

Segura and Huerta de Murcia River are two of the areas in which activities such as maintenance of the ecological garden will be developed, a walk through the corners of the garden Torreagüera or volunteer days to improve the river bank and monitoring of species such as eel.

This year the environmental volunteer program will involve the collaboration of various associations of the municipality as ASTRAPACE, ADESGA, the Columbares and ANSE Association.

Contraparada be another space where activities will take place within this new programming, where a workshop to learn about the vegetation and the uniqueness of this space will take place.

One more year, the Forest Park Municipal Majal Blanco will host the traditional Christmas sweets shop and in this environment you can enjoy various guided to understand the environmental values ​​that houses itineraries.

Seminars and workshops in Majal Blanco Nature

Activities in Schools
