Improvements in bus lines 30 and 78 will be operational in the coming days (23/09/2016)

The Board of Governors approved this morning by the specific agreement with the Ministry of Public Works and Infrastructure of the Autonomous Community will allow the expansion stops and frequency of bus lines 30 and 78 in the coming days, which will benefit 100,000 residents of municipality.

This agreement sets the legal and economic system of the municipal contribution as a global funding to promote public passenger transport and the necessary collaboration between the City Council and the Community to implement improvements in the current Line 30 Zeneta Murcia and Line 78 the strengthening the supply of transport on Line 78 connecting the Beniaján, La Arrixaca, Sewer and Campus Espinardo axis.

The City Council gives the community a sum amounting to 350,653.13 euros annually in order to implement these improvements.

Remember that line 78, which connects El Secano (Beniaján) with La Arrixaca, it will be improved and expanded its frequency, serving more population centers and making further travel;

They are about 11 villages benefited from the implementation of the services of both lines.

The 78th, which runs Beniaján, Torreagüera, La Alberca, Santo Angel, El Palmar, La Arrixaca, San Ginés and Era Alta.

Meanwhile, line 30 passes through Zeneta, San Jose de la Vega, Los Dolores and Murcia (Gran Vía).
