Councillor for Public Works, Roque Ortiz, has overseen this morning the works that are being developed to condition access to the cemetery of Our Father Jesus of El Puntal.
The work consists of the sanitizing of certain points of the road where tree roots have caused alterations to the existing particleboard and other repair potholes.
In addition, they have designed a new sidewalk on the facade Cemetery abujardado cobble and the rest will be renewed with prefabricated cobble red.
The works, which began last June and in which Public Works has invested over 129,000 euros, completed in October.
Thus, in addition to repair and reinforce pavements forming access to the cemetery, this project will improve pedestrian access from the various parking areas at the entrance to the cemetery, rearranging and adapting road signs.
