Through an agreement between the city of Murcia and the Association of Chemists of Murcia, is set in motion an action plan to facilitate the creation of quality employment and the employment of the unemployed in the municipality through creating a network of collaboration with employers, public and private institutions and social agents involved.
The main objectives of the agreement, which is launched by the Department of Employment, Tourism and Culture, who leads Jesus Pacheco, are developing measures for information, advice and training aimed at improving the professional skills of those workers who they want recycled or improve their jobs.
The agreement also establishes partnerships between the two institutions in order to implement projects that benefit both users of the employment service and employees of companies in the municipality that request.
Another objective is to provide a service to citizens to find employment or improve already have and develop actions and measures for the promotion and dissemination of all activities aimed at facilitating the employment of the / as unemployed.
In addition, the diversification of the business fabric of the municipality power, promoting viable projects act on untapped resources thereof and conducting studies aimed at finding the internal balance in the economy is supported, as well as environmental aspects of municipality of Murcia.
