The blanqueño Luis Jesus Fernandez has been commissioned to develop the design depicting the Mosque of Cordoba and a Gothic temple of Tarragona
Fernandez has had solo exhibitions in galleries in Valladolid, Barcelona, ​​Madrid, Zaragoza, Florence, Riga and Dubai, among others, and has participated in group shows in Logroño, Santander, Florence, Bologna, Paris, Tokyo, Kyoto and Hiroshima.
The blanqueño artist has already developed other signs such as posters International Festival of Tunas 1998, the Cloth of Veronica Salzillo 1999 Holy Week of Murcia 2012 and the International Week of the Garden and the Sea of ​​Los Alcazares 2012 , among many others.
He is also the author of a huge mural located in the Reina Sofía Hospital.
In February 2005 he received the Award Youth of the Year of the Region of Murcia.
