Train and guide employment for students and graduates of the UCAM Catholic University of Murcia has been the main objective of the program Journey to the talent, promoted by the ITM Institute Institution Technology, in collaboration with the Banco Sabadell Foundation, from the last September.
More than 100 students and graduates of the University participated in this pioneering project in the region of Murcia where technicians employability and entrepreneurship consultancy from The Age of the mighty men have been instructing personally with participants.
Through group and individual sessions, attendees were able to use the tools and techniques needed to build your own professional future, turning their skills and interests in job opportunities, visualizing your ideal work and thus determining an action plan to achieve your goal.
Throughout the whole process of training, participants have had a support book that acts as a reference manual for each of the workshops, while complementing and helps and support for maintaining the bases of the methodology force at the time.
The program also has a computer platform so guided, helped participants to develop and introduce the conclusions of the different dynamics, serving as a 'book' in which record the specific actions that will ultimately lead them to the achieving its objectives.
Javier Zafra, head of the Employment Service of the Catholic Institution highlights the strong commitment of the University for "initiatives that help enhance the talents of students in face-to train highly qualified professionals, not only technical but human level."
