The municipality has 42,065 square meters of new green areas and 468 new trees.
The Governing Board today approved the conservation service and maintenance of these spaces from implementing new projects.
These areas are in Sangonera la Verde, San Gines, El Palmar, Beniaján, Los Garres, Torreagüera, Algezares, Casillas, El Puntal, Rincon de Seca, Nonduermas, Cobatillas, Espinardo, Puebla De Soto, El Esparragal, Era Alta, The Raal, Stables, Fleet, Barrio del Progreso, Los Dolores and Santiago El Mayor.
Of all the actions carried out the highlights are new parks and gardens in El Tiro, Los Dolores and Espinardo.
The new Parque El Tiro, El Puntal, offers more than 15,000 square meters a recreational area with fire trucks, docks and swings for children to enjoy outdoor equipment to practice gerontogimnasia and an area of ​​nearly a thousand square meters for canine recreation with agility equipment included.
Also 210 trees have been planted in prairie and 226 in tree pits, plus shrubs and flowering plants.
Regarding the Garden Plaza Constitution Espinardo, we proceeded to its remodeling expand the surface passing from 2,375 to 3,995 square meters, with a new playground with fencing and rubber flooring, appliances gerontogimnasia, three sources and 32 orange trees.
Regarding the garden of Sorrows, situated between Avenida de Los Dolores and Narrow Path, occupies an area of ​​9,901 square meters divided into 2 areas with children's area with docks swings and slide, fenced and with padded floor, sports circuit, with ladder inclined, balance beam, parallel and lumbar bench, a bicycle lane and woodland in alignment and in the garden (orange and celtis).
