The garden of Murcia is a gifted natural environment of great cultural, historical and scenic interest but also qualifies to offer an ideal setting for family leisure.
This has been proven again hundreds of people have joined this morning two proposals organized by the I Week of the Garden: the bike path to the Wheel of La Ñora and a family walk up to the Molino del Amor.
In both cases he has been present the Mayor, José Ballesta, who has approached the garden of the Malecon to give out to participants.
In the case of the bike path, one of them has been the Town Planning, Environment and Huerta, Antonio Navarro, whose department has been responsible for the organization of this I Week, in collaboration with the Association of Friends of the Huerta Azacaya.
They have traveled 15 kilometers to the Wheel of La Ñora, in a fun and festive atmosphere.
Half an hour later, at 11 am, it has started up the familiar walk to the Molino del Amor, located at a distance of 6.5 km from the Malecón.
At the end of the two activities, participants have realized a popular food in the same garden, ending seven days numerous activities held with the aim of looking into the garden and rediscover their cultural, economic, historical, environmental wealth and of leisure.
