Garcia Retegui calls back to ADIF to send the case report of the State Bar favorable to the works of the AVE (26/02/2016)

Municipal Councillor of the Socialist Group, Begoña García Retegui, lamented Friday the response received from the Government of Spain through ADIF referring to a favorable report regarding the works of underground arrival of the AVE.

"We have more than six months asking for us to convey the report of the State Bar and ADIF has not found the time or how to send it," he stated the mayor of the PSOE, who has expressed his doubts about the existence of such report.

"I doubt that this document exists, because we can not understand why it is so difficult to send us a copy."

A couple of weeks ago the mayor sent a letter to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company Murcia High Speed, Julio Gómez-Pomar Rodriguez, to request again that you do get the report of the State Bar referred to the legality of AVE works being carried out at this time, no reply has been received yet.

Councillor Socialist Group has also pointed out that "there has never been favorable to the works of Path of the Garres reports, so ADIF has nowhere to support his intention that all Murcia pay the suppression of the bridge."

In this regard, Garcia Retegui lamented that "the city of Murcia has failed to defend the interests of the municipality and is willing to pay for something that is not for us and allow the Government of Spain, the PP, take our hair. The realization of the work in Path of the Garres was carried out in violation of the land-use planning into force without a favorable report of the session, so it has no direct responsibility and should not bear the cost to terminate the contract.
