The councilman of Commerce and Institutional Relations attends the presentation of the campaign `The Egg Etiqueta' (23/02/2016)

The councilman of Commerce and Institutional Relations, Maruja Pelegrin, attended the presentation of the campaign 'Egg Etiquette', organized by the Interprofessional Organization and egg products (Inprovo), to report on the labeling of eggs.

The campaign "The egg label" promoted by Inprovo and co-financed by the European Union and the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment aims to frame the Community production of eggs in the European Model Sustainable Production, informing society on existing production systems and identify the eggs through traceability on the marking and labeling of the egg.

It also provides information of public interest on the European model egg production, in order to allow consumers to make an informed choice at the time of purchase.
