The Governing Board has given its approval to the basic design and implementation of the new surface parking to be located at the University Hospital Virgen de La Arrixaca.
Thus Murcia next spring will have a total of 354 seats to leave their cars at affordable rates.
This new facility, which will occupy an area of ​​8,600 square meters, is located on the Camino de rafts El Palmar, at an approximate distance of 100 meters hospital.
The park will have places reserved for the disabled and work 24 hours continuously, 365 days a year.

With this action the City seeks to solve economically the needs of vehicle parking in the vicinity of large businesses where there is large number of users or workers.

The rates established are as follows:
- 0.015 euros per minute
- Up to 60 minutes: 0,50 €
- Up to 120 minutes: € 1.00
- Up to 180 minutes: € 1.50
- Up to 240 minutes: 2,00 €
- Up to 300 minutes: € 2.50
- Up to 24 hours: 3,00 €
Season tickets in this parking cost € 18 weekly, 40 € monthly, bi-monthly 70, 90 € and 300 € quarterly annual
This car park is in addition to those already in Ciudad de la Justicia and La Condomina
