Workshop Stream "between chefs' (19/02/2016)

Chef owner Annua, Shell and restaurants Mexsia taught the fifth of the workshops 'Entre Chefs' cycle at the Center for Tourism Qualification Murcia

The degree in Gastronomy of the Catholic University San Antonio of Murcia continues on Monday 22 February, with the Workshop 'Entre Chefs' to be held at the Centre for Tourism Qualification Murcia (CCT) from 10:00 hours.

(At 11:30 hours will address the media).

On this occasion, the students of title by the Cantabrian chef cook Oscar Calleja, owner Annua restaurants (1 Michelin star and 1 Sol Repsol), Shell and Mexsia.

The cook is one of the gastronomic authors with the greatest of modern cuisine, winner of the Restaurant Revelation of Spain in 2011.

And for the first time in the cycle 'Entre Chefs', this time not only the students can see how Oscar Calleja dishes are created, but also accompany them in the kitchen, Murcia bloggers and journalists dedicated to the restaurant industry, to learn how to design recipes chef.

The program of activities, which began on 26 October with the seminar on Sweet Kitchen hand pastry chef Tino Helguera will continue until next May.

The workshop series has had in other days with chefs carving Erlantz Gorostiza Restaurante MB of Tenerife, Kiko Moya de L 'Escaleta or chef Julio Velandrino Murcia.
