Students group UCAM debate reflected on freedom of expression in social networks (16/02/2016)

'Should limited freedom of expression in social networks?', This was the subject that students of University Debate Forum Spanish UCAM, consisting of students from various degree, defended and refuted in last night at the Royal Casino de Murcia.

Before you start, neither team knew until the last moment, that position would have to support.

Two teams of four, participants put into practice the techniques of oratory and rhetoric have been learning, and defended their arguments with all possible conviction to win.

Among the different positions he highlighted a topical issue such as bullying, where some speakers expressed "must stop bullying they suffer through social networks. So you have to limit them. Not everything is permissible when we say freedom of expression ".

Take turns standing intervening individually, and with 4 minutes of exposure of the subject, students were discussing their defense and refuting up to twice their arguments, to reach a final conclusion 3 minutes per team.

Thus, the first debate Forum UCAM concluded by the victory to the team that justified because it has limited freedom of expression in social networks.

This was the first discussion that the students of this forum have made in the Real Casino, an institution that has opened its doors so they can hold their meetings on the premises, thus leaving the university environment and being closer to society.
