| The actions will take place in a total area of ??398.83 square meters with a budget of 225,060 euros | The district of Sangonera la Seca will improve its sports facilities with the construction of new changing rooms near the football field. The project, which is currently awaiting a tender for its execution, has a base budget of 225,060 euros.
The actions will take place in a total area of ??398.83 square meters, located on Calle Salzillo. Specifically, the project contemplates the construction of changing rooms for two teams that can be combined by four: changing rooms for referees, janitor, toilets, warehouse for facilities, warehouse for equipment and cleaning room. These facilities are part of the Sangonera la Seca sports complex, which has a soccer field with artificial grass, along with other facilities.
For this reason, the space has the ideal characteristics to make a substantial improvement, providing the installation of changing rooms. "The project contemplates the construction of a perimeter bioclimatic building taking advantage of available natural resources (sun, vegetation, rain and wind) to reduce environmental impacts and reduce energy consumption, said Felipe Coello, Councilor for Health and Sports.
In addition, this space will be used as protection for players during game breaks, taking advantage of the fact that it is a perfectly ventilated environment and at the same time protected by using a traditional ceramic material that allows perfect ventilation and air renewal. The changing rooms will have natural lighting from the top, contributing to energy savings while achieving greater privacy in the changing room area and increasing security.
