Phase II will be in charge of undertaking the air conditioning and ventilation installations, as well as the electricity, photovoltaic, and intrusion and video surveillance installations in these facilities.New investment: 217,782 euros for materials and equipmentThese tasks will be carried out after the approval, at the Governing Board last Friday, of the administrative clauses and technical prescriptions for contracting the supply of materials and equipment for the La Fica facilities, worth 217,782 euros.This contracting will be carried out by means of two lots, one for the supply of air conditioning and ventilation equipment; and the other for electricity, public address, video surveillance, photovoltaic and centralized management installations.Expand the training offer and facilitate job placementThe Employment Service is in charge of promoting these employment and training programs for young people with the aim of improving the employability of unemployed people under 25 years of age and facilitating their job placement through their participation in projects such as the aforementioned "FICA Classroom Completion", where the student-workers carry out works and services of public or social utility, alternating learning and qualification through real work.The head of the Department of Employment, Economic Promotion and Tourism, Pedro García Rex, has indicated that all the steps are being taken so that the future Lecture Hall of La Fica becomes a reality as soon as possible.

"The new facilities will allow us to expand our training offer for employment, facilitating the learning and qualification of unemployed young people for their insertion into the labor market", he highlighted.Six training rooms, a workshop room and a computer roomThe new La Fica Classroom will make it possible to expand the current Center for Training and Employment Initiatives located at the fairgrounds.

These facilities occupy a total area of ??1,477 m2 distributed in six training rooms of between 48 and 58 m2, a 91 m2 workshop room and a computer room, equipped with audiovisual and telecommunications equipment.The building will be used to provide the necessary training to obtain the certificates of professionalism from different professional families.
