| The project of actions and preliminary studies to reform the property located in Torreagüera will be put out to tender soon | The Councilor for Culture and Heritage Recovery, Jesús Pacheco, has visited Torreagüera together with technicians from the Heritage Service to continue working on the rehabilitation project for Antonete Gálvez's house.In this way, the problem of access to the property has been solved and the project of actions and studies prior to the rehabilitation of Antonete Gálvez's house will be put out to tender soon, which will serve to lay the foundations of the project to enhance the value of the home.

Its budget is 72,650.59 euros.The elements that are partially maintained are the north elevation (about 20 meters long and 5.5 meters high) and west of the house (15 meters) and the remains of the interior walls, the only delimited space remaining that of a small chapel .The purpose of the project is to carry out the studies and actions that serve as the basis for the subsequent rehabilitation-reconstruction project of the building.The works, which will be carried out under the supervision of an archaeologist, will consist of the following:-Supporting and consolidation of existing walls: the masonry factory will be reinforced by low pressure natural hydraulic lime mortar injections to prevent its collapse due to the factory's own weight.

Once consolidated, the walls and holes will be propped up to prevent their collapse.-Removal and classification of rubble with archaeological procedure, including study of the archaeological remains to determine the planimetry and original volume of the house: once the safety of the walls is guaranteed, the removal and classification of the remains of the house will be carried out, maintaining those that can be reused in the subsequent rehabilitation of the home.- Geotechnical studies, tastings and bearing capacity of the walls: Tastings will be carried out on the foundations of the existing walls as well as a study of the bearing capacity of said walls.

A geotechnical study of the land will be carried out for its incorporation into the future rehabilitation project.

From the result of the study of the bearing capacity and foundations of the current walls, the need to reinforce the current foundations in the rehabilitation project will be analyzed.The term of execution of the works is 4 months
