Families with limited economic resources and in a situation of special vulnerability residing in Murcia at least two years ago may request - from tomorrow Friday and until next August 19 - the housing rental aid that calls the Department of Elderly, Disability and Development Cooperation directed by Councilor Paqui Pérez, through the Housing Service.
The priority requirement for the granting of this subsidy, which this year has a budget of 470.00 euros and a maximum amount per family unit of 2,632 euros, is marked by the economic situation of the applicants, having to prove a minimum annual income of 0, 5 and a maximum of 2.5 of the IPREM.
In the event of an economic tie, large families, single parents, affected by foreclosure proceedings, disabled and victims of gender violence and terrorism will have preference.
