The UCAM and CAPSA Food create the Central Lechera Asturiana Chair (16/07/2019)

The president of the UCAM, José Luis Mendoza, and the general director of CAPSA Food, José Armando Tellado, have signed an agreement that creates the Central Lechera Asturiana Chair in Innovation, Nutrition and Physical and Intellectual Performance, which will develop projects of research aimed at the design of beverages for different population groups such as athletes, as well as the clinical evaluation of the functional properties of new products developed by the company.

In addition, he will carry out nutritional counseling tasks.

Capsa Food (Central Lechera Asturiana, Larsa, ATO, Vega de Oro and Innova Food Ingredients) is the leading company in the Spanish dairy market whose purpose is to give future to the partner farmer, offering natural products and services that improve health and quality of life of people in a sustainable environment.
