'Arbomap' is a large inventory of playgrounds, trees, benches, fountains, lakes, gerontogimnasia areas, shady areas, urban furniture and other elements as well as the different treatments and performances that are performed on them daily

The technicians of the Service of Parks and Gardens know through a modern system of geographic information in real time the distinct performances carried out in the green zones of the municipality with the end to know, plan and control at the moment the needs of the parks and gardens.

It is "a large inventory that allows us to have an absolute coordination and real-time monitoring of all the green areas of the municipality, allowing in case of need the information can be obtained quickly and effectively," says Guillén.

Thanks to this system, intended for professional use by City Council technicians and the concessionaire STV Gestión, the incidents that take place in any green area of ​​the municipality of Murcia and districts are followed and attended.

In this way, the technicians obtain the programming of each day and, subsequently, they introduce the tasks of maintenance or repair that are carried out in the daily inspections in each of the elements of the green areas that make up this program.

The technicians and municipal managers can access all this information either from a tablet or a mobile phone (Arbomap Go version) or from a computer (Arbomap Office).

In both cases there is a very high level of accuracy when adding, reviewing or solving any incidence of Murcia and districts.

Such is the case, for example, of a lawn area that is cut, just to be done is marked as a task done, or a chlorination to a lake, everything is recorded in date and time so that the strict schedule of actions is fulfilled.
