Next Saturday will take place the VII Meeting of Groups 4/40, under the theme "Walking for health", organized by the Municipal Health Services of the City Council.
This year they will make a 6 kilometer route through Calasparra to enjoy the riverside forest, rice fields and the surroundings of the Sanctuary of Hope
It is expected that some 180 people will join the Groups 4-40, within the framework of the program for the promotion of physical activity, thus fulfilling one of its objectives, which aims to strengthen social relations through the meeting and coexistence between groups, having as a center of interest the practice of physical activity and knowledge of healthy environments in the region.
This year the assistants will make a visit to the northwest of the region along a route of 6 km that has by name the Paths of the Hope.
They will walk along the banks of the Moratalla and Segura rivers between paths that run through a riverbank forest to end up in the surroundings of the Sanctuary of Hope, where they will celebrate a meal.
