Next Tuesday, April 2, the novel Toca mi ventana will be presented, the first work of Murcian writer Ana Gil Quiles and published by the Murcian publisher Tirano Banderas.
It will be at the Las Claras Cultural Center in Murcia, located behind the Romea Theater.
The act will begin at 5.30 pm and the author will be accompanied by the writer and journalist Emilio Tomás
Touch my window tells the story of Emma and Carlota, two lifelong friends, who study First of Baccalaureate and have a sincere friendship.
Carlota, the only daughter and orphan of a father, with a mother involved in her work, finds in Emma the sister she never had.
This, in turn, coexists with two twin babies, who occupy the limited free time of their parents, always worried about their work obligations.
The day to day is altered by the arrival to the institute of Cristian and Roque.
Thus, what begins as a story of adolescent love, continues along a path plagued with dangers, deceptions and violence.
Life and death come together in an exciting novel, which captures the reader and shows that, at times, nothing is what it seems.
Ana Gil Quiles (Murcia, 1973) studied Business Studies at the University of Murcia.
He has worked in the administration departments of different companies, always combining it with his publications in the sports section of the newspaper La Opinion.
With Touch my window, her first novel, the author seeks that society and, specifically, the younger ones do not lower their guard against gender violence.
